The Clark Family

Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity is honored to partner with the Clark Family. Fred Sr. and Stephanie Clark applied for a home in the Fall of 2008 and were excited to learn that they had been accepted. This hardworking couple has been striving to own their own home, and now with their partnership with Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity, they will have that opportunity.

Fred Sr. and Stephanie work hard to provide a loving home for their four children: Trinity (7), Fred Jr. (6), LeClaire (3), and Matthew (5 months). Fred works as a warehouse technician for Chamberlain Co., while Stephanie works part-time as a waitress. The family is actively involved in their local congregation, with Fred serving as a minister at their church. This family knows how to work hard and knows what can result from their efforts.

The Clark family has already begun working toward their goal of 500 sweat equity hours by attending meetings and home dedication ceremonies. They continue to seek out opportunities to partner with Habitat in completing these hours and making their dream of owning a home come true. The Clarks believe that owning their own home will make them a stronger family and will provide a more stable future for their children and their children's children. They are thankful that God has blessed them through their partnership with Habitat and continue to praise Him for this opportunity. The Clarks believe that "the family that prays together stays together," and they look forward to the opportunity to some day lift up a prayer of thanksgiving together in their new home.
